Prayer Requests

Welcome to our Prayer Request page. To request spoken prayers for someone who is ill or someone who has recently died, please fill out the following form. If the request is for a registered parishioner, their name will remain on the spoken sick list for three weeks.  After that the name will be moved to our printed list in the bulletin. If the request is for someone who is not a parishioner, their name will remain on the spoken sick list for two weeks. After those two weeks their name will be removed entirely.

Our Greeting Card Ministry would like to send your loved one an expression of our prayers. If you provide the address (street number, city, zip code) we will send them a lovely hand-made card.

 

NOTE: the address your provide will only be seen by the recipients of this form (Parish Staff and Greeting Card ministry)
