The Home Program offers families the prospect of studying and sharing their faith development together.
Families will work with materials provided at home and then meet once a month to participate in a large group learning session which has been planned by the parents in the program.
Covid updates: The Home Program will function as normal with the exception of some of the gatherings being held virtually if needed. We will reevaluate as the year progresses. Gatherings will be begin in November rather than September to allow families to ease into the year. We will have optional family formation opportunities earlier in the year for those who are interested.
Families registered in the Home Program are required to:
Attend the Parent Orientation Meeting at the beginning of each school year.
Attend the 5 Family Program Gatherings- At least one parent/guardian must attend with child(ren)- Gathering provides an opportunity to gather as a community to share together their faith development. All Family Gatherings are Thursdays, 6:30 PM-8:00 PM rotating between Church of the Resurrection and St. Paul.
One parent from each family must help plan 1 of 5 Family Gatherings with a group of other families. The families help plan, set up, implement and clean up.
Complete 25 Reflection Sheets and/or Chapter Reviews and the Family Life book (Middle School can also attend Created to Love session with their parent).
Complete 2 Social Justice Service Projects. The entire family is required to participate in the project.
